Returns & Deliveries
You have up to 30 days after receiving your package to return it for free.
We are not asking any questions and there are no conditions.
Afterwards, we send you a prepaid COLISSIMO label which you will have to print and stick on your return package.
Once we have received your package, we will reimburse you immediately. Depending on the delivery and checking time for the return, this can take 7 to 10 days max.
If you want to make an exchange, the best is to order the product you want to receive and simultaneously send your product back to us. Refund is fast.
Delivery is free in France and in the European Union.
In mainland France, we deliver the next day before 1 p.m. if the order has been confirmed before 12 p.m., otherwise the delivery takes 2 days.
Deliveries to Corsica take between 2 and 5 days.
Deliveries to Europe take between 5 and 8 days.
We deliver in France (including Corsica) but not in the DOM-TOM. We also deliver to all countries of the European Union. We do not deliver to Switzerland.
We deliver, of course, to your home. But, you can also have it delivered to your workplace.
We specify, even if it seems obvious, that we do not deliver by post office or PO box.
And we do not deliver to your hotel.
Yes, whether at home or in Relais Colis, a signature will be requested against delivery.
Order and bag care
No problem, you can change your order by contacting our customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The products on our webstore are available and indicated as such on the product page.
If they are not, you can pre-order them. Manufacturing and delivery times take 1.5 – 2 months.
You can also send us an email to email@example.com to be notified as soon as your loved item is back on shelves.
We must specify that people who pre-order have priority over those who only request the notification.
The payment system for our webstore is provided by La Banque Postale. Payments are secured by 3D secure. Depending on your bank, you may have to validate your payment with a unique code system sent by your bank.
We accept payments by:
- Bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Vpay, Maestro & Electron)
We do not store your credit card details. These contact details are processed by La Banque Postale’s Scellius Net payment module.
Kabanko bags do not require daily care. If they are wet, you can wipe them off with a soft material.
If they are badly damaged, you can apply a transparent leather cream.
