What guides us every day
The principles below guide us at kiminote on a daily basis. They remind everyone what makes us different and why.
Customers come first and will always do. We, as consumers, have had some very bad experiences with disrespectful e-commerces. We treat our customers like we would like to be treated.
Good news can wait, bad news can’t. We treat your complaints with an absolute priority.
We do not offer discounts. We do not promote and do not offer products to anyone for marketing or other reasons. We respect our customers too much to offer to others what they bought from our store.
The products we sell are designed and built to last. Far from bothering us, we are proud to know that you will be able to profit of the products purchased from us for a very long time, even if that means not seeing you again anytime soon.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do our best to respond to your request. You can also leave a comment on the product page.
“A good appreciation is pleasant to read but a bad one is a reason for us to act.” We greatly value your negative comments. They force us to question ourselves and to improve our offer every day.
The brands that we distribute are carefully selected by our teams and are renowned for their expertise, the quality of their products and their commitment to offer the best possible price / quality ratio. We will not offer and promote brands that do not meet these criteria to make greater earnings.
Unlike other less scrupulous e-commerces, we do not remove any comments. We allow ourselves, however, a right of reply. We respect your opinions, whether positive or not.
The value that we strive to bring to our customers by a high selectivity of the brands that we distribute and the quality / price ratio of their products, is an essential element at Kiminote.fr. This is one of the reasons why we are rarely present in physical stores. Indeed, rare are those who agree to lower their margin so that we can offer the right quality / price ratio.
We also want to remind our customers that selling at a loss is prohibited. Thus, we cannot sell to these independent physical stores below our cost price.
